Our goal is to raise funds dedicated solely to purchasing farmland in order to protect it from foreign investors and large-scale developers. Too often, fertile land that could support local food production is sold to outside interest that prioritize profit over community and sustainability. By buying and preserving these farms, we aim to keep agricultural land in the hands of local farmers and future generations. This effort will help ensure that our food systems remain secure, our rural communities stay strong, and our natural landscapes are protected from overdevelopment and exploitation.
